Keeping us all safe
The world has changed and we are changing with it. We want you all to know we are taking the current pandemic seriously and will always put your health and safety at the forefront of our operations.
To assure our travellers both domestically and hopefully internationally (soon) we are taking steps to ensure that you feel safe participating in our tours. Our business has been accredited with a Covid Clean Practicing Business certification and a Safe Travels
In addition to our existing safety measures, we have implemented a few new protocols to help you feel at ease when you travel with us.
Physical Distancing:
Physical distancing can be difficult, especially when travelling or doing activities. Currently our tour operation is exempt from the 2sqm per person rule. Our verification certificate will be on display both in our office and on our vessel. Where possible we do ask that travelling groups or family groups remain together and that you respect other passengers space when moving around the boat.
Hygiene:
Sanitiser will be available at all areas of our business. We have also taken measures to ensure our team are limiting any unnecessary contact. We request that you use contactless payment options where possible. Signage displaying correct hand washing procedures is on display onboard the vessel and in the office.
Cleaning:
We have increased our cleaning protocols in all areas of our businesses and will ensure all frequently used areas are regularly cleaned and sanitised as per health department guidelines. A cleaning register will be maintained daily.
Vulnerable Customers
Vulnerable customers who are comfortable attending the tour are advised to take their own additional safety precautions and are notified that the business cannot guarantee their safety although we will be applying all preventable measures.
Contact Tracing:
When you travel with us, your personal data may be provided to official government bodies to help stop the spread of any health outbreaks. We encourage all crew and passengers to download the CovidSafe app to assist in this process.
